1. What is my schedule for the whole week?

  • You can check the schedule by going to the Sanoplan account on the first page. You can edit it by logging in to the account.
  • To view your personal 4-week plan, click Reports => 4-Week User Plan.

2. How many days off do I have?

  • The days off can be determined based on the total weekly staffing and can be seen below in the Absences section.
  • Alternatively, open the vacation plan and check the desired dates.

3. How do I plan my vacation without affecting staff planning?

  • Vacation planning is important, but with Sanoplan, everything is smooth and easy. Simply click on the airplane icon to open the vacation planner.
  • Simply left-click on a specific date to see all the options you’d like to apply for. Click on the option you’re interested in.
  • You can see other employees’ schedules above and below your row.
  • For example, if you want to request a longer vacation, left-click on a specific date to select the red “Vacation Requested” day. For an even longer vacation, click and drag the red box to select as many days as you want to request.

4. How many shifts do I have until my first day off?

  • You can view your shifts for the entire week on the Sanoplan main page.
  • Or you log in and then click on Reports in the top right corner => 4 weeks user plan

5. Who will accompany me during my shifts?

  • View the current schedule and select the day. Everyone below or above your name is on the same shift.
  • If you’re looking for a specific name, you can click and hold the name in the right column. The name will then begin flashing in all layers where it appears.

6. How do I check my overtime?

  • Click on the top clock icon to open the time tracking, select your name in the right list (if it is not already selected) and you will see your time tracking for the last few weeks, including overtime.

7. How do I manage my breaks?

  • Log in with your name and click the top clock icon to open the time tracker. Breaks can be scheduled by pressing the BEGIN button to start the break time and the END button when the break is over.
  • If you use RFID, QR code or your mobile phone, open the corresponding application and punch your break as described above.

8. Is there an app I can use to access my schedule?

  • Yes, with your supervisor’s approval, you can record your time using the app and see your next shifts on your phone.

9. How can I see my used and unused vacation and sick leave?

  • currently only the supervisor can see it

10. Can I create my own schedule?

  • Yes, you can, as long as your supervisor allows it. You’ll need your unique passcode to drag your name to the desired shift.
